	There is a structure in place at work that provides some sort of further protection • H&S @ Work Act requires consultation and provision of information and risk assessment about the substances used, necessary control procedures & precautions, based mainly around label requirements. • NB Legal requirement to COSHH risk assessment for pesticide use (that should of course include consideration for residents). This could be better spelt out, or made a more forcible requirement.
